Executive Session is a brand of Salt & Sunshine LLC (“Executive Session,” “we,” “us”). Discretion is the foundation of what we do, and that extends to your personal information. This policy explains what we collect through execsession.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request an invitation, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, title, organization, work email, mailing address and, if you share it, your phone number. We also record whether you asked to receive occasional updates.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use it
We use your information only to review your request, contact you about membership, mail your invitation and membership materials, and, if you opted in, send occasional updates about Executive Session.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with other members, sponsors or advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, email provider and mail carrier, and only as needed to perform those services, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is useful for considering your membership or maintaining it, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you opted in to updates, every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can simply reply and ask to be removed.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to run Executive Session.
Professionals only
Executive Session is intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
